I've seen a few other people having similar or the same issues but they were either not provided with solutions or the solutions they got weren't helpful to me. I've tried waiting for ages, restarting my laptop all of it and still nothing, I either have to close the program or just nothing.Īt this point I've already sent a report, made an Autodesk ID and tried re-installing SketchBook and still nothing, I really don't know what else to do. If i click the Log In option absolutely nothing happens. If I click Quit or the little red X the entire program closes and I get an Autodesk pop up asking me if I was to send a report. This is what comes up every time I open up the program, usually I can just click the X and continue to use the program as normal, today when I opened up the program and clicked the X, I got this little pop up. My trial ended today and I can't use the program anymore. I've only been using SketchBook for a few days now and I wasn't really aware that you need an Autodesk account, so I didn't sign in.
